WICE LLP is expanding its reach to empower students with industry-ready skills in computer education and other professional training programs. We invite dynamic entrepreneurs and education enthusiasts to join us as Franchise Partners and grow together under a trusted brand name.

Eligibility & Infrastructure Requirements

✅ Location & Space

Recommended area: 800–1000 sq. ft. (can be adjusted for smaller towns/localities).
Should be situated in a peaceful, easily accessible area with proper drinking water and restroom facilities.

✅ Technology Setup

Minimum 10 computers (or 7 in selected locations) with internet connectivity.
Provision to add more systems as student enrollment grows.

✅ Business Entity

Applicant should have a registered firm (e.g., XYZ Infotech).
Agreement will be signed between WICE LLP and the firm.

✅ Center Director

One representative from the franchise firm will be appointed as Center Director.
Must be well-qualified, computer literate, and capable of dedicating full time to center management.

💼 Standard Franchise – ₹ 90,000
Authorized to conduct WICE LLP-approved courses in:

Computer Education (Software & Hardware)
Interior Designing
Journalism & Communication
Spoken English
Beautician Training

🏆 Master Franchise – ₹ 1,80,000
Authorized to conduct all WICE LLP courses and undertake School/College IT projects.

Multi-Branch Fee Structure

First Branch – Standard franchise fee: ₹ 90,000
Second Branch – 10–15% discount: ₹81,000–₹76,500
Third Branch onwards – 20–25% discount: ₹72,000–₹67,500 per branch

You still collect 12% royalty per branch every month

📌 Extra Condition to Protect Brand

Each branch must be in a different location (not within 1–2 km of each other) to avoid internal competition.
A separate agreement for each branch.
Renewal fees apply per branch.

📌 Royalty: 12% of monthly student fee collections. Example: If total monthly fees collected are ₹1,00,000, the royalty payable is ₹12,000.

Application Process

Initial Payment & Site Assessment
1. Pay ₹10,000 as a token amount for location inspection.
Site Visit & Approval
1. WICE LLP inspection team will evaluate location suitability.
1. If approved → Remaining franchise fee to be paid at the time of agreement.
1. If not approved → Refund will be made after deducting applicable travel expenses.
Agreement & Setup
1. Franchise agreement must be signed within 7 days of approval.
1. Agreement validity: 2 years (renewable after re-inspection).

1. Standard Franchise: ₹12,000
1. Master Franchise: ₹22,000

1. Fee Structure

Certificate Fee: A fixed amount per student (₹100–₹500 or more, depending on branding, quality, and verification system).
Courier/Post Charges: If the certificate is physically sent.
Optional Charges: If the student wants urgent processing, embossed gold seal, or extra copies.

2. Why Head Office Charges It

Printing cost (high-quality paper, security features like watermark, hologram, QR code).
Verification system maintenance (so students can check online).
Administrative handling & record keeping.
Branding consistency across all branches.

3. Typical Policy

Branch sends student details + completion proof to HO.
HO verifies records, generates certificate, adds QR code & unique number.
HO sends to branch or directly to student.
Branch collects the fee from the student and remits HO’s share.
